For our business customers' convenience, we have our account management system online. To stay current on your account, be sure to keep an eye on this page. To login, use your full username (including @wkpowerlink.com) as your username and your login password as your password. Only you can access your file online and Auto-Debit information is not displayed.

If you are unable to access our Customer Web Site, your account may not be in our new billing system. If this is the case, your file may be incomplete and you may experience service disruptions. Call our Support Centre at 1-800-246-7333 to update your account.

  • Check your Usage
  • Change your Address and Phone Numbers
  • Check your Invoices and Payments
  • Send us email by using the billing@wkpowerlink.com link
Click here to access the site, and login by entering your full email address as the username and your regular login password as the password, as follows (assuming your username is abc123)
