You will need to choose at least three preferred domain names, including the preferred top-level domain (i.e. .com, .ca, etc.). You will need to provide your full name, address, and phone number. If the domain name owner has offices in more than one Canadian province or territory, this information may be needed for .ca registration through http://www.cdnnet.ca The name, title, postal address, telephone number and fax number of the individuals who are to be responsible for administrative, billing, and technical matters relating to the domain name is needed. List yourself or someone who will be responsible for all correspondence from the domain administrators. You will need to specify the name and title of the person who has approved the choice of the domain name on behalf of the owner. As well, you must have the full hostnames and IP addresses of at least two nameserver hosts for the selected domain name (PowerLink Services Ltd. Can provide you with two nameserver hosts).
