What's New at PowerLink - October 1st, 1998

New Billing On-Line Access
PowerLink is very excited to launch our new Customer Web Site - http://www2.wkpowerlink.com/custinfo. Use your full email address and either your login password or your username as the password. Only you can access your file on-line and Auto Debit information is not displayed. The site can be used to do the following:

Check your Account Status
Change your password to this Customer Web Site
Check your Usage
Change your Address and Phone Numbers
Check your Invoices and Payments
Send us email by using the billing@wkpowerlink.com link
If you are unable to access the Customer Web Site, your account may not be in our new billing system. If this is the case, your file may be incomplete and you may experience service disruptions. Call our Support Centre at 1-800-246-7333 to update your account.

Attention Free Zone Users
Because of the implementation of our new billing system, our technicians were able to make the necessary adjustments to allow Free Zone Users the benefit of NOT having to logout & login at midnight in order to activate the Free Zone.
