WKPowerlink Account Policies

The following is provided for your information regarding how to contact us and outlines some of our policies. Please read the following information carefully and email billing@wkpowerlink.com if you have any questions or concerns.

  1. PowerLink's Web Site - As a PowerLink user, we recommend that you visit our website regularly for available services and up-to-date information about PowerLink, your account, and your community. http://www.wkpowerlink.com - Save this as your browser home page.
  2. Connection Support - For Connection Support email support@wkpowerlink.com or call 1-800-246-7333 (Trail local 368-3926) 7 days a week
    • Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 9:00pm
    • Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
    • Saturday 11:00am - 4:00pm
    • Sunday 12:00pm - 4:00pm
  3. Billing - For new users, the setup fee and prorated first month will be processed through autodebit within one week of signup. Autodebit is processed on or about the 8th day of each month. All billing information is accessible on-line at http://www2.wkpowerlink.com/custinfo/login.asp. To logon to the billing system, use your full email address and either your login password or your username in the Password field. If you have any difficulties or questions please email billing@wkpowerlink.com. For security reasons we cannot accept telephone enquiries but we can call you back if necessary once account information is verified.
  4. Usage Time - You are responsible for your login and overtime hours. Please check your usage periodically and change your password on a monthly basis. To check login history use the link http://www2.wkpowerlink.com/custinfo/login.asp. Type your full email address and your login password.
  5. Cancellation of Monthly Accounts - Cancellations must be received by our office, in writing via fax, mail or email, by the 25th of the month to be effective for the next month. To help us improve our service, please include your reason(s) for cancellation.
  6. Cancellation of Yearly Accounts - Cancellation on yearly accounts will be accepted when moving out of PowerLink's service area. A $50.00 administration fee will be deducted before any refund is issued.
  7. NSF Cheques - A $25.00 charge will be applied for all NSF or Stop Payments on payments, and accounts are disabled until payment is made. Any account that is sent to collections will be charged a fee of $25.00.
  8. Type of Accounts - PowerLink has many account options designed for Home use, Business use, and Non-Profit Organizations. Call our office at 1-800-246-7333 or email sales@wkpowerlink.com for your best options.
  9. Long Distance Charges - PowerLink is not responsible for long distance charges incurred due to incorrect dialup phone numbers being used. Please note that the customer will be responsible for any long distance charges that are incurred from the use of PowerLink's services. Please make sure that your dial-up number is in the local calling area. Our technicial staff will make every effort to ensure that this the case.
  10. Username Changes - An administration fee of $5.00 will be charged for every username change. Customers who have purchased the Basic or Premium Value Package are exempt from this fee.
