- Open Inbox.
- In the Menu Bar, click Tools [Fig. 2a0].
- Select Services and the Services dialog box [Fig. 2a1] will appear.

- Highlight Internet Mail listed in the white box as shown in Fig. 2a1.
- Click Properties button and the Internet Mail Properties [Fig. 2a2] will appear.

- In this case, the Internet Mail Properties is WKPowerLink Mail. This is the given name during the initial setup. You can always change the name to your liking.
- In the User Information section, type your name in the Name box.
- Type your company's name in the Organization box.
- You may type your e-mail address in Reply Address box, leave it blank, or type an e-mail address where you want the recipient to reply.
- When done, click the Servers folder.

- In Server Information section, type your ISP mail server address in Outgoing Mail (SMTP) and Incoming Mail (POP3) boxes.
- In Login Information box, place a dot in Logon using.
- Type your userID in Account Name box.
- Type your password in Password box.
- When done, click the Connection folder.
