Microsoft Outlook Express: Modifying Current E-mail Setting

Go here if you need to add another profile using Outlook Express 4. Outlook Express Window. Select Tools in the Menu Bar. Select Accounts. The Internet Accounts dialog box [Fig. 2] will appear.	Fig. 1

Type your ISP mail server name in Mail account box. Type your name in Name box. Type your company's name in Organization box. Type your e-mail address in E-mail address box. You may type your e-mail address in Reply Address box. Click Servers folder and the dialog box [Fig. 3b] will appear.	Fig. 3a
Type your ISP mail server address in Outgoing mail (SMTP) box and in Incoming mail (POP3) box. Type your userID in Account name box. Type your password in Password box. Click Connection folder and the Connection dialog box [Fig. 3c] will appear.	Fig. 3b
Connection dialog box. In the Connection section, place a dot in the appropriate radio button. Make sure your Dial-Up Networking setup is listed in the Modem section box. Click Apply button. Click OK button all the way back to Outlook Express window.	Fig. 3c
