Hi! Allow me to congratulate you on your improved services on March 1, 1999.

With everything running so smoothly these days, I thought I would just send you a word of thanks. It must be very challenging to handle complaints from every corner, and try to figure out what to do in order to alleviate the problems, And putting in a new server, or making any changes for that matter, must present its challenges. Thanks for the info. Doug at internet technical support in Trail is terrific he patiently got me connected and back on stream...very grateful..he was terrific. And has turned me from a frustrated customer into a satisfied one.

I have been an internet user for 3-4 years (has it been that long?) You have been my fifth internet service provider. I never left anyone, I was just handed off. ;-) WKPowerLink has been far and away the best! Superior Tech support. Friendly and personal staff. Excellent all round! I am a Mac user and quite experienced with the platform. (10 years+) I find it refreshing that WKPowerLink has found it important enough to provide a REAL Mac Tech EXPERT on your staff. Sue was able to answer any and all of my questions. Kudo's to both of you! Usually, I know more than the tech support people I have talked to in the past. Not this time. ;-)

Good system; reasonable access for downloading internet software - e.g. Eudore Lte, Real Video Player 5, pictures via Internet (typcially 1.3 M files.

Your help line is very good, I've had to call it a couple of times and always had my problems fixed right away. I had several problems occur after I switched my e-mail over to wkpowerlink, but now everything is functioning great!

I was a customer of auracom and very disappointed with the service and then switched to wkpowerlink. Have been away in New Zealand. Wkpowerlink provided great access to my Email address book so I am very happy with the service.

As a Website Designer by trade, I just want to thank Tech Staff Allan, and Powerlink for getting those nasty FrontPage 98 Extensions installed for me. Now I can create sites that otherwise would have taken a lot of HTML coding and time to do (this also saves my clients money-it's a win/win situation all around!). I've yet to see another group of people so dedicated to customer service. Thanks so much to all of you :)

With what I have heard about the netshop.net's record keeping and other dealings. I can't imagine what a job it is to get things straightened out. Thank you for clearing this up for me.

Your internet web page support has been excellent. We use to be at Sunshine Cable with our internet account but switched and are very glad we did. Not only do we get more hours at basically the same price your customer support has been superb. The only thing I can suggest is that you make sure to continue on the track you're on.

I can't see any improvements needed at this time. I love your new sites and am extremely happy with WKPOWER. Keep up the excellent work!
